Hofstra University is a collegial and engaged group of scholars and professionals who share the common goal of helping our students reach their full potential. Our common purpose is helping students navigate the transition to college, advising students on a major or a career, and encouraging them to become engaged in their community. We recognize and reward great teaching, the kind that changes students' lives, and have a singular focus: our students and their success.

Hofstra University has a wonderful work culture and environment. Hofstra values not only its employees, but also their families. This is something that I find to be incredible about working at Hofstra. Not only are Hofstra employees considered a part of the Pride, but their extended family members are as well. Hofstra cultivates an environment of inclusion unlike anywhere else I have worked. I feel as though I am a valuable member of the community every day. Hofstra is continually looking for its employees to contribute new and innovative ideas.
