This was difficult to narrow down to one thing. After considering it, I appreciate the spirit of "listening to improve" embedded within the culture. For the most part, even the biggest heads will turn and try to understand what is being said to them. I believe that this is one of the core tenants of our culture that helps us achieve amazing things and serve the world in a better way.
