Fletcher Technical Community College believes our team fulfills our mission and vision every day. Our team has the ability, through our cultural values, to demonstrate commitment to excellence and to create an environment where employees are appreciated and recognized. During this past year, as the College strived to recover from COVID-19 and Hurricane Ida, our team was able to live out our mission in active recovery efforts that assisted our team, students and the entire community.
