What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
I have been a member of the Lynn community for a number of years and now I am in the latter stages of my career. I can attest that the culture of the community has remained welcoming, diverse, student/staff centric. During Lynn's growth and transition, the senior administration never deviated from the institutional culture, rather took the university to the next level, through innovative approaches within the academic and social fields. I am fortunate to have been part of the growth.
President's Statement
Lynn's faculty, staff and administration make our university a great place to work. Our people have always shown resilience, but throughout the past two years, their dedication to student success was above and beyond. Because of the personalized care they gave to our students, our university has experienced increased retention, graduation rates and enrollment in the face of the pandemic. They turned our challenges into triumphs and further strengthened Lynn's student experience in the process.
