I appreciate the authentic commitment (from top leaders) to UMBC faculty and staff and students as a COMMUNITY, a family. The President and Provost are brilliant, innovative, and have curated incredible leadership beneath them. The bench here is DEEP. I trust my supervisor and her supervisor and his supervisor.
