Blue Ridge Community College is deeply committed to our mission of helping students make a better life for themselves. In every aspect of our interactions with the public, through the programs, courses and services we offer, our faculty and staff understand that the impact of their work results in greater opportunities for each and every person they encounter. As President, I am in awe of the transformative power of each employee's contribution to that inspiring mission.

We have great leadership. Our President & VPs believe in us and give us the flexibility to accomplish the mission in the most efficient way possible. They do not dictate or micro-manage; but they support us as we work together to meet our mission of helping students excel. This is a warm atmosphere to work in.
